By accessing or using PageSpeed Analyzer ("PageSpeed", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

PageSpeed is operated by saas.group LLC (registration number 611856894), located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms are governed by English law.

2. Service Description

PageSpeed provides free website performance analysis using Google PageSpeed Insights API and AI-powered recommendations. The Service includes:

  • Website performance scoring (0-100)
  • Core Web Vitals analysis (LCP, INP, CLS)
  • Framework detection (WordPress, React, Vue, etc.)
  • AI-generated optimization recommendations
  • Shareable public analysis results

3. User Requirements

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service
  • You must provide a valid email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your analysis sessions
  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, we enforce the following limits:

  • Free Tier: 5 website analyses per email address per day (UTC timezone)
  • Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
  • One free account per individual or organization
  • We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Analyze websites containing illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Perform automated or scripted analyses without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
  • Overload or interfere with our infrastructure

6. Service Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
  • Specific uptime or availability percentages
  • Freedom from bugs, vulnerabilities, or defects
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

Our Rights: All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of saas.group LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

Your Content & Our Usage Rights: You retain ownership of website URLs you submit. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we may use the following information generated from your analysis:

  • Website domain names and URLs you submit for analysis
  • Performance scores and metrics (PageSpeed scores, Core Web Vitals)
  • Framework detection results (e.g., WordPress, React, Vue)
  • AI-generated optimization recommendations
  • Analysis results and insights

Marketing & Promotional Use: We may use this analysis data for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Creating landing pages featuring example analyses (e.g., "WordPress Performance Report")
  • Case studies and success stories
  • Blog posts and educational content
  • Marketing materials and advertisements
  • Social media posts and promotional campaigns

We will not associate analysis data with your email address in public materials unless you explicitly consent. If you do not wish your analysis to be used for these purposes, please do not use the Service.

Technical License: By using the Service, you also grant us a license to:

  • Analyze your submitted URLs using third-party APIs (Google PageSpeed Insights, Anthropic Claude)
  • Store analysis results for 30 days for your access
  • Display results via public sharing links (if you choose to share)

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs and services:

  • Google PageSpeed Insights API: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
  • Anthropic Claude API: Subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You acknowledge that your use of the Service involves these third parties processing your data.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis results

Performance scores and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Actual website performance may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, saas.group LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
  • Decisions made based on analysis results

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed 90 (ninety British pounds sterling), except for personal injury or fraud claims which are not limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless saas.group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Content you submit for analysis

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your analysis data will be deleted within 7 days, except where retention is legally required.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contactingsupport@deployhq.com.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and saas.group LLC regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
